
1. How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer a variety of shipping options. The following are estimated delivery times and shipping costs.
These prices do not reflect international delivery charges. Please contact us for rates.

*Delivery to every address in the United States with Priority Mail - including PO Boxes and Saturday delivery in 2 to 3 business days. This is the only service available for APO and FPO and non-continental usa addresses - delivery time varies from 4 to 10 business days.
** Please be advised UPS does not deliver on weekends, if you require a Saturday delivery, an extra cost may be incurred. Items on backorder are shipped upon arrival at no additional cost to you. Shipping fees are non refundable.

2. How can I track my order?
If you wish to track your package, please email us to acquire your tracking number that will be available the day after your order is placed. You will then be able to track your package via UPS official website @ ups.com or USPS official web site @ usps.com.

3. What about backorders?
If an item is backordered we will ship in-stock merchandise and ship backordered items as they become available. Backordered items from your order will be grouped and shipped together when it is reasonable to do so. Backordered items will be shipped via United States Postal Service. You will only be charged once for shipping. Additional items on backorder will be shipped at no charge. You will be notified if items that you have ordered are on backorder.

4. What is Zsport's return policy?
We offer a 100% guarantee for all our products at Zsport. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Returns for refund after 30 days will result in an online store credit. We ask that you allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

5. What do I need to do to return products?
Enclosed in your order, you will find a return form. To return an item, fill out the form and enclose it with the products you are returning. Please specify if you would like an exchange or a credit to be issued. As always, shipping fees are non refundable. Send merchandise, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:

6. Who is responsible
for return shipping cost?
When returning merchandise,
the customer is responsible for shipping cost. Your return will be processed
and your credit card credited within ten business days. You should see a credit
on your statement after two billing cycles. For an exchange, the customer is
again responsible for shipping cost. If you request a replacement item of equal
or lesser value, shipping will be at no cost to you. If you add to your order
or request an upgraded shipping method, you are responsible for the cost of
the additional items and shipping charges. If in error, we at Zsport have incorrectly
sent you the wrong merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify
us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package
to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

7. Can I use my credit card securely?
Yes, shopping at shopzsport.com is safe. We use PayPal. The security of your information is PayPal's core business and its top priority. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability for unauthorized use of a debit card may be higher, but most debit card issuers voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards, as well. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, Zsport will cover the liability imposed on you, up to $50. Zsport will cover this amount only if the unauthorized use of your credit card occurred at Zsport, as determined by your credit card company, and through no fault of your own. You must notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you have with the company, if unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur. 8. How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover online. You can also place an order by printing
our order form and mailing it to us with a check or money order enclosed. Orders
placed with personal checks require an additional two weeks to process. Please
do not send cash.

9. Is my merchandise
in stock?
Shopzsport.com site has
real-time inventory, which means that you can see the availability of any color/size
combination on each product's web page. Back ordered items are also shown in
the order confirmation email.
